Times of Your Life DVDs offers three different DVD slideshow packages: Silver, Gold and Platinum

The Platinum package is the best option for most occasions. It's a much more elaborate presentation using custom special affects, transitions, backgrounds, layering, titles and much more. It's truly timeless and makes a fantastic gift. Giving this to someone really shows that you care. It's a keepsake that will be cherished for years to come and passed down from generation to generation. A sample of the Platinum package and pricing are available.

The Gold package includes some enhancements to make the DVD slideshow a little more dramatic. This package includes six different transition options between slides, motion within the image (i.e. panning, zooming, rotation) and variations on the captions. The Silver package is a great option if you're looking for a really simple DVD slideshow. It's a basic, straight-forward, no-frills package with no special effects. It's a great way to simply and easily see your pictures and preserve your memories. Some people choose this package to document assets (like for insurance companies), or to document a home improvement project or for archiving purposes. Once their photos are digitized, many people put a copy in an off-site safety deposit box along with other important documents. Check out our sample of the Silver package and pricing.

Platinum Package Details (see a sample)

  • High-quality photo scanning of your prints, slides and printed materials (i.e. newspaper articles, announcements, invitations, etc.)
  • Basic photo enhancement (color, red-eye, cropping, etc.)
  • More extensive enhancement such as minor surface flaws, imperfections, etc. is an option at additional cost
  • Customized transitions between images. There are over 400 available transitions
  • Custom Hollywood-type special-effects, including masking, gradients, radiant glows and many more
  • Customized movie-like motion of photos (panning, zooming, rotation)
  • Custom title affects for opening and closing credits
  • Adding captions to individual photos (NOTE: a limited number of slides can have captions; anything more than about 5% of photos with captions will be an additional charge)
  • Custom captions/text overlaid onto images, can include personal messages, quotes and poetry (optional at additional charge)
  • Integrating video clips (optional additional charge)
  • Integrating your choice of background music (suggested list)

  • One style of transition is used throughout the slideshow
  • Customized movie-like motion of photos (panning, zooming, rotation)
  • One title screen to start the show
  • Closing credit or title slide
  • One custom background is used on all slides (the normal background is black)
  • Your choice of background music (suggested list)
  • Generic printed DVDs (no photos or special graphics). We do not use stick-on labels for the DVDs. Graphics are printed directly onto each DVD during the production process.
  • Standard clear plastic jewel DVD case
  • High-quality DVD-R media (unless you specify DVD+R format)

Silver Package Details (see a sample)

  • High-quality photo scanning of your prints, slides and printed materials (i.e. newspaper articles, announcements, invitations, etc.)
  • Photos and images are used as we receive them. There is no enhancement or restoration included
  • One standard transition is used throughout the slideshow; no custom transitions are available
  • Images are static; there is no motion like panning, zooming or rotation
  • One title screen to start the show. No other captions are used and there is no closing credit slide
  • Black backgrounds on all slides; no custom backgrounds are used
  • Your choice of background music (suggested list)
  • Generic printed DVDs (no photos or graphics). We do not use stick-on labels for the DVDs. Graphics are printed directly onto each DVD during the production process.
  • Standard clear plastic jewel DVD case
